Why we collection your information
We collect your personal information in order to provide the service of supplying water to you in accordance with our Terms of Trade. Besides our staff, we may share this information with our credit reporting agency in order to collect unpaid debt.
Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to give a delivery and billing address, contact name, phone number and email address, we'll be unable to supply you with water or tanker hire.
We keep your information safe by storing it in encrypted files and only allowing North Harbour Water Carriers employees access to it where reasonably required.
