COVID-19: Update on water delivery
North Harbour Water Carriers will continue to deliver drinking water throughout changes in levels as our operation is considered an essential business.

Prepayment of orders
We will now be moving to prepayment and will deliver your water on the agreed day once your payment has been received by us. When you make an order, we'll forward instructions to you for making payment.
We are currently delivering same day/next day service. If we experience an increase in demand, we will keep our website and facebook page updated.
Keeping each other safe
To keep you safe, we are continuing to maintain the safety practices and barriers we have in place for the collection, transportation and delivery of water. Our drivers will be keeping a physical distance of 2 metres from customers and not working if they are unwell.
To keep our drivers safe, please avoid approaching our drivers when they are delivering where at all possible. If you have any questions, please direct them to Gary on 021 630 322. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
